FAQ:
What is your sample leading time?
A: Generally, for OEM product, sample will be finishedwithin 7-10 working days after artwork approval. For ODM product, it takes 3-5 working days.
What is the production time?
A: For different products, production time are different.
Generally, for shopping bags, the production time is 30-40 days after sample approval.For other functional bags just as backpack, women tote bags etc, it is40-60 days after sample approval.
Is there any charge needed for asking sample?
A: For ODM item, we can provide 1~2psc sample for free by freight collected.For OEM item, it depends on the design.
What is the payment terms?
A: Normally, we do T/T(30% deposit, 70% balance against copies of shipping documents). Of course it is negotiated for some special orders, we can accept L/C at sight, West Union, D/P etc.
How to establish trust and know our quality?
Make one sample or sample order to check our quality,if time is too urgent for you or take more sample charge,we advise one samll order or send sample before start production.We belive you will have more confidence about our product if first cooperatioin
How to customized style?
Send us pictures or your design with size ,material,then we will check if we could make then finalized after samples charge
How to ship?
We will check most suitable or reasonable price of express for you when order is confirmed
1)If small order aim at stock items, it takes about 3-5 working days to ship out
2) For bulk order generally 20-30 days, also will depend on the specific order quantity
How to deal with it if goods is lost or carton is broken when get goods?
Take Photoes and write down weight of each carton with description and send pictures to us within 24hours and call express and leave an messange to request express to check
How to return all goods if that is wrong iterm or are not same as sample?
Take Photoes and send us ,then will return to us,we will return you payment or replace it when we get all goods
