Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?

A:Our company is an industry and trade integrated company and self-owned sewing, printing and embroidery factories.

Q2:What's your MOQ?

A:Our regular MOQ is 100 pcs of each custom design. For stock design, also accept lower quantity. For more details, don't hesitate to contact us.

Q3:What are your price terms?

A:We usually offer EX Work, FOB, CNF or CIF Price. For special price terms' requirement, please confirm with us again.

Q4:What are your payment terms?

A:T/T, Trade Assurance, Western Union, PayPal and Cash are all acceptable. There are different payment methods in different countries and regions. 

Q5:May I have my own design?

A:Certainly. We are specialized in providing customized service for more than 10year. We can fully produce as per your designs. You can provide your drawing or original samples for our reference. 

Q6:Can I get a sample before placing the order?

A:Yes, of course. Sample will be provided before every order for your evaluation and confirmation. 

Q7:How about the delivery time?

A:For sample order, it will take about 3-7 days. For mass production, it will take 15-30 days in general.

Q8:What is your discount policy?

A:The price is determined by your order quantity and detailed requirements. The larger the quantity, the lower the price.
